Meredith Gardner, MS, LPC, NCC

Madeline Cramer, MA, LPC, NCC

We all need a little help sometimes.  Whether you’re going through an issue that’s been troubling you for an extended period of time or through situational trauma, Meredith can give you the assistance you need.  She provides a safe environment for clients to be themselves by utilizing unconditional positive regard and a warm, caring nature.

Meredith primarily utilizes a strength-based approach in counseling, as well as a person-centered theoretical orientation.  This means that she believes that everyone has the capability and capacity to find the best solutions for yourselves and to use your own understanding of your personal experiences as a foundation of healing.

Meredith graduated from Truman State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and UCM’s CACREP-accredited (Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs) Masters of Science Counseling program on the clinical mental health counselors track.  She has training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), domestic violence counseling, and trauma-informed counseling.

Meredith is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and a member of the American Counseling Association.
